How to Preview Your Clients’ Perspective
Step 1: Add the Demo Client
1. From your Onboarding checklist on Coach Web, click “Invite Myself.”
2. After you receive the Download links for Client App email, click the “Download Client App” button or use the magic link to download the Client App and automatically log in.
When users click the Download App button, the system will navigate to the corresponding app store.
If you have not installed the app, the link redirects to the app store. Once installed, your email will be pre-filled when opening the app.
If you have already installed the client app, the app will open automatically with your email pre-filled.
If you're already logged in to the app, the app will open automatically and go directly to the homepage.
Step 2: Explore the Client Experience.
Open the Client App and log in
Follow the instructions and explore how the client experiences in the Client App.
What You Will Experience on the Demo Client Account
1. Unique Onboarding Flow: Only available to the coach who clicked “Invite Myself.”
Note: Demo accounts go through a special Welcome Form instead of the published onboarding flow.
2. Demo Data:
After selecting the birthday, you will see instructions that guide you through each page, so you have an overview of the Client App before you explore further.
Note: If you have had a connected client in the same workspace and clicked on “Invite Myself”, you won’t be assigned the demo data when you log in to your client account.
