Easily track your clients' sleep data from third-party apps to display on a chart, allowing you to monitor and assess their sleep quality.

Track clients' sleep data

Once "Sleep" is added to the tracking metrics list, you can click on it to view your client's detailed data.

View sleep data

Integrated Apps Connected

If a client has connected to a third-party app (e.g., Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit), their sleep data will be displayed on the chart, allowing you to monitor their sleep quality easily.

Hourly View

By selecting the sleep duration and hourly view options, you can track your client's total sleep duration and how long they actually slept within a day.

By clicking to display sleep stages, you can gain deeper insights into the hours spent in each sleep stage (Awake, REM, Core, Deep).

By selecting the Sleep Time view, you can see the exact time your client went to bed each day.

By displaying sleep stages, you can track the specific time your client spent in each stage.

Daily View

You can track sleep data over a date range of 2 days to 3 months to compare different dates, similar to the hourly view but on a broader scale.

Weekly/Monthly View

In weekly or monthly view, you can view the average sleep duration for the selected period. The sleep time view is not accessible in this mode.

Without Integrated Apps

If no app is connected, sleep data is manually logged into the Everfit system, and sleep stages will not be visible.

Clicking "Show sleep stages" will prompt you to request that your client connects a third-party app.

Progress list

In the progress list, the default view is "By Week". Here, you can view your client's sleep data categorized by weekly averages for duration and sleep time. Click on each weekly range to view specific dates.

Choose "All entries" to display all records sorted by date.

Click on a specific date to view detailed data, including intervals, duration, and times for each sleep stage. Data synced from third-party apps will show the respective app icon, while manually added data will not.

Add sleep data manually

To add sleep data, simply click on the "+ Add Result" icon in the Progress section, input the start and end times when the client went to bed, and save the result.

Edit and delete sleep data

You can edit or delete manually added sleep data from the date detail pop-up by clicking the pencil icon to edit or the recycle bin button to delete.

Set Sleep Goal

Click on the "Add Goal" button to set a target number of sleep hours and duration for your client. This feature helps you monitor their progress toward achieving the goal.

Once saved, the new goal will appear on both the chart and the client's mobile app.

Chart Settings

Customize chart settings by clicking the Chart Settings icon, where you can adjust options such as displaying the goal and starting value on the key metrics chart.

What your clients experience

If you choose to pin "Sleep," your client will see their sleep chart on the "You" screen. Tapping on this chart will display detailed information.

Alternatively, your client can access the sleep chart by clicking the "View more" button and selecting "Sleep."

Chart Details

Your client can view data by Day, Week, Month, or Year.

Day view: Clients can see sleep data for a single date, including duration and sleep time.

If connected to a third-party app, clients can view sleep stages for deeper insights.

Week/Month View: Similar to the Day view, clients can see sleep data for each date within a week or month, including duration and sleep time. Sleep stages are also visible if connected to a third-party app.

Year View: Clients can see sleep data or sleep stages based solely on sleep duration. Sleep time is not available in this view.

Entries List

The default view for the entries list is "By Week" for Day, Week, and Month views, or "By Month" for Year view. Clients can see sleep data by weekly range or monthly average. Tapping on a range expands all dates within that range, showing the total duration and sleep time for specific dates.

Choose "All entries" to display all records sorted by date.

Tapping on a specific date provides detailed data, including intervals, duration, and the time spent in each sleep stage. Data from third-party apps will display the app icon, whereas manually added data will not.

Log data manually

To add a sleep entry, tap the "+" icon in the Entries list and specify the start and end times for the data.

Edit and delete sleep data

You can edit or delete manually added sleep data from the date detail pop-up. Swipe left on the entry and choose the pencil icon to edit or the recycle bin button to delete.
