Enable heart rate tracking for your clients

Heart Rate Tracking integrates data from Apple Health, Fitbit, Google Fit, and Garmin, providing you with visual reports of your clients' daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.

Enable heart rate tracking for clients

To enable heart rate tracking, go to the client's page and navigate to the Metrics tab. Click on the "Manage Metrics" pop-up, then check the "Heart Rate" option in the list of metrics.

Track your clients' heart rate

Once "Heart Rate" is added to the tracking metrics list, click on it to view your client's specific data.

If your client has connected to a third-party app (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit), their heart rate data will be automatically displayed on the chart.

If your client has not connected to a third-party app, an "Ask to Connect" button will appear. Click this button to send a message to your client, requesting them to connect.

View heart rate data

The chart displays the range of heart rate data from the minimum to maximum values for a selected day, week, or month. Tap on any column in the chart to view detailed range data.

In the progress list, select a date entry to view all heart rate details for that specific date. If data is synced from a third-party app, the corresponding app icon will be shown.

Add heart rate data manually

To add a result, click on the "+ Add Result" icon located in the Progress section.

Edit and delete heart rate data

To edit or delete manually added heart rate data, navigate to the date detail pop-up and click the pencil icon to edit or the recycle bin button to delete.

Modify chart color

You can customize the color of the heart rate chart by selecting the Chart Settings icon. Other chart details cannot be changed.

What your clients experience

When you pin "Heart Rate," your client will see their heart rate chart on the "You" screen. Tapping on the chart will display detailed information.

Alternatively, your client can click the "View more" button and choose "Heart Rate" to access the heart rate chart.

Your client can switch between Day, Week, Month, or Year views as needed.

Entries list

To view heart rate details for a specific date, tap on that date in the Entries list. If the data is synced from a third-party app, the corresponding app icon will be shown.

Manually log data

To add a heart rate entry, tap the "+" icon in the Entries list.

Edit and delete heart rate data

Clients can swipe left on the entry, then choose the pencil icon to edit or the recycle bin button to delete.
