If you’re using an Apple Watch, the Everfit Watch app is included with the Client app package.

New clients can simply install the Client app to gain access to the Everfit Watch app.

Existing clients only need to update their Client app to start using it on their watch.

  • For Wear OS Users: To use the Everfit app on your Wear OS device, follow these steps:

    1. Install the Wear OS app on your phone if you haven’t so already.

    2. Install the Everfit app on your Wear OS device:

    • Open the Google Play Store on your watch.

    • Search for "Everfit" and install the app.

    3. Update your Client mobile app to the latest version to ensure compatibility with your Wear OS device.

How to Track Heart Rate Using a Smartwatch

  1. Opening the App: Clients can tap the Everfit icon on their watch to open the app. Heart rate tracking will only begin once the Everfit app is open on the watch.

  2. Starting the Workout:

If the workout hasn't started on the phone, a waiting screen will prompt them to begin the workout.

Once the workout starts, the watch will count down from 3 to 1, then display the heart rate tracking screen.

  3. During the Workout:

The heart rate tracking screen provides real-time updates, including the current heart rate, heart rate zone, total calories burned, and workout duration.

View Heart Rate Summary

After completing the workout, the watch will display a summary.

Clients can scroll through the summary to view the following details:

  • Workout duration

  • Average heart rate

  • Total calories burned

  • Heart rate zone chart

  • Duration in each heart rate zone

This information gives them an overview of their heart rate fluctuations throughout the workout.

Canceling a Workout

If the workout is canceled on the phone, the watch will display a message informing the client that the workout has been canceled and that the data will not be saved.

Handling Workout Pauses and Connection Issues

If the watch loses connection with the phone during the workout (e.g., if the workout is paused) for more than 5 minutes, it will prompt the client to confirm whether they have finished the workout.

  • Tap "Continue" to keep tracking heart rate.

  • Tap "Save and End" to save the workout data and view the summary.
