How to track heart rate during workouts
When a client starts a workout, if a smartwatch is connected to their phone but the Everfit app isn’t open on the watch, a pop-up will remind them to open the app.
Once the Everfit app is open on the watch, the client can monitor their heart rate during the workout. By tapping on the heart rate icon, they can see which heart rate zone they are in.
View the workout summary
After completing the workout on the phone, the workout summary will display a heart rate chart showing the different heart rate zones and the duration spent in each zone.
Data Synchronization
Once the workout is completed, the client's heart rate data and total calories burned will be synced with their body metrics.
In the heart rate or calories burned metrics chart, entries synced from workout tracking will be marked with a watch icon. Tapping on the watch icon will show the corresponding workout summary.
When clients have multiple accounts linked to the same email and use a smartwatch to monitor heart rate data during a workout in a specific workspace, the recorded heart rate data and total calories burned will sync across all associated accounts, marked with a watch icon. However, tapping on entries synced from a different workspace will not display the workout summary.
On the web app
Similar to the mobile app, the web app allows coaches to view workout summaries, including detailed heart rate data.
The heart rate and calories burned metric charts on the web app will also display entries synced from workout tracking, marked with a watch icon.
