When creating a workout using the coach app, you can quickly set the rest time for each exercise. Simply click on the Rest field, and a pop-up will appear, allowing you to make the necessary changes.
You can quickly select a rest time by tapping on one of the following options: 60s, 90s, or 120s.
Alternatively, you can use the manual time picker section to scroll and select your desired rest time.
If the workout includes more than one set, you can choose the “Apply to all sets” option. Selecting this will apply the chosen rest time to all sets in the workout.
