Add exercises to workout tracking

Coaches and clients can quickly add exercises during workout tracking.

Coaches and clients are now able to seamlessly add exercises while tracking a workout, offering flexibility to adjust or expand sessions in real time.

Note: This applies to single exercises and supersets only.

  1. Go to the Client Overview section.

  2. Navigate to Settings and enable the option: "Allow client to add or replace exercises."

Adding exercises during single exercise tracking

You can add an exercise before or after the current one. Here’s how:

  1. Tap the “Add” icon in the exercise’s option bar.

  2. Choose to add exercise before or after as you wish.


Adding exercises during superset tracking

You can add an exercise before or after the current superset or expand it by adding multiple exercises.

  1. Tap the “Add” icon in the superset's option bar.

  2. Select your desired action from the option list.


Adding a superset during workout tracking

To add a superset after a single exercise or an existing superset:

  1. Open the options list where you can add exercises.

  2. Select the "Add a Superset" option.

  3. Choose at least two exercises to form the superset.

  4. The new superset will be placed directly after the selected exercise or existing superset.


Adding exercises before ending the workout

You can supplement the workout with additional exercises before finishing.

  1. At the end of workout tracking, select “Add Other Exercises.”

  2. Choose as many exercises as needed—they will be added right before the ending screen.
