Create a Signature question
When you're adding questions to a form, you'll notice a dropdown menu where you can select different question types. By choosing the 'Signature' option, you can create a question that specifically requires your clients to provide their signatures directly on the form.
Enter a title and description as needed. This particular question is set to be 'required' by default to ensure that the signature field cannot be left blank or skipped.
Preview screen
When you’re done, you can click on the preview button to see how the form shows up on the client’s side.
Signature responses
Once your client submits a form with their signature, you can head to the Responses tab and view their responses under the Individual section.
