Assign a Form to Your Client via Tasks

Send different types of forms to clients through tasks.

Reminding your clients to check in with you every week via text and even remembering to do so are time-consuming and inefficient. The tasks feature does all the heavy-lifting work for you with push notifications and reminders at 10 am their time.

How to Create a Task

From the client list, go to a client Dashboard and click on the Task menu.

Create a Form Task

Click the (+) button to create a Task, then choose one of the following options:

  • Form: Create a new task from scratch.

  • Choose from Library: Select a pre-created task from your Task Library.

Add New Form

From the Add new form screen, you can either select a form template or 'Create Custom Form.'

With a form template, you can edit the details and add a form before saving.

Create Custom Form

Write a short, yet descriptive and actionable task title. Add a note or instruction to the task if needed.

Pro-Tips:

⭐ Drag and Drop: Simply use drag and drop to move the tasks to different dates.

⭐ Copy and Paste: You can copy a task and paste it into any designed date.

View Client Responses

After your clients complete the form and check off the task, you will be able to click on the completed task to view the submission.

From the client dashboard, there is a Documents tab that you can click on to view a list of a client’s completed forms. When you click to view the form, it will take you to the responses page.

What Your Clients See

Our notification system will notify your client at 10 am the morning of the day that you assign a task(s) and at the time you specifically set a custom task reminder. They should be able to start the form, submit, check off the task and view what they submitted.
