We've made it easy for you to log any activity that you complete, so you can communicate this with your coach and get rewarded for your effort.
Start by tapping the "+" button on the bottom right corner of your 'Today' screen. This will open up a list of activities you can choose from. We've populated a list of Default activities for you, but you can also create your own Custom activities.

Select the custom tracking fields (Calories, Distance, Elevation Gain, Avg heart rate, Avg cadence, Avg power, Reps)
Leave a comment for your coach
After logging your activity, you will see the saved result. On the bottom right corner, you can find the "Comment" button to leave a comment with more information to communicate with your coach.
Any of the logged activities for the day will show up on your 'Today' screen. But if you ever need to find what you did or edit details for an activity, you can find all activities in your 'Workout History', which can be accessed from the 'You' screen or the Training Section on your 'Coaching' screen.
