Our Payment feature allows your team to create packages, set pricing, and collect payments seamlessly from your clients. You can create one-time or recurring packages to collect payment effortlessly for your training business!

What can my team do with Payment?

As a Workspace Owner 💥

  • 💲 Connect a Stripe account to receive payouts

  • 👥 Grant access to other team members or remove teammate's access to the Payment feature

  • Create, edit, and manage Packages, and set pricing

  • View a package's analytics, including client subscription statuses and invoices

  • Access the list of payment activities for your entire workspace

  • Receive in-app and push notifications for payment activities (coming)

As a Coach with Payment Access

  • Create, edit, and manage Packages, and set pricing

  • View a package's analytics, including client subscription statuses and invoices

  • Access the list of payment activities for your entire workspace

  • Receive in-app and push notifications for payment activities (coming)

As a Coach with NO Payment Access 🚫

  • Have no access to Payment feature

How to grant access to the Payment feature for my team?

As a Workspace Owner, you are able to grant access to any teammate regardless of their Admin or Trainer Permission. All you need to do is to visit the Setup Payment page and add the coaches you want to grant access to the Payment feature. After adding the coaches, click Add to confirm.

How to revoke coach access to Payment?

As a Workspace Owner, you can also remove access for any teammate. Hover on the coach's name, click on the (x) and then choose Remove on the confirmation popup.

Once you remove a coach, they will no longer be able to view any pages of the Payment feature.
