Payments: Sales Analytics Dashboard

The Sales Analytics Dashboard delivers real-time insights into essential metrics, such as revenue, client performance, and package summaries, empowering coaches to make informed, data-driven decisions.


Feature access

The "Sales Analytics" tab is available exclusively to coaches with Payment access.

Permissions:

  • Workspace Owners & Admins: Access data for all coaches in the workspace.

  • Trainers: Access only their own data.

Access the dashboard

  • Go to the "Sales Analytics" section under Payment.

  • Alternatively, click on the summary box in the Packages List to access the dashboard.


Dashboard structure

The Sales Analytics dashboard features three tabs:

  • Revenue Analytics

  • Client Analytics

  • Package Analytics


Revenue Analytics

Use the filter to view data for specific coaches, channels, or packages within a selected date range.

  • Coach:

    • Visible only to Workspace Owners and Admins.

    • Allows selection of individual coaches or all coaches.

  • Channel:

    • Available only if packages are sold in the Marketplace.

    • Options include "Coaching Platform" or "Marketplace."

  • Package: View sales data for all or specific packages.

  • Date Range Picker: Select any duration to view sales data.

  • Chart View Type:

    • Options include Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly, based on the selected date range.

    • Example: For a 15-30 day range, Daily and Weekly views are available.

  • Reset Icon: This can be used to reset settings to default.

  • Export Button: Download sales data for the selected period. Files are emailed and accessible for 7 days. Re-export is needed after this period.


Charts

  • You can toggle between "Gross Revenue" and "Net Revenue" views and view total revenue for the selected duration.

  • Percentage changes and arrows indicate the difference between the selected and previous periods.

  • Hover over the percentage to see the revenue increase or decrease compared to the previous period (e.g., this week vs. last week).

  • Hover over the bars to see detailed daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly data.

  • Cumulative View: Tick the Show cumulative chart checkbox to display:

    • Actual cumulative revenue is shown as a solid line, representing the projected total through the end of the current week or month.

    • Forecasted cumulative revenue is shown as a dashed line, based on expected revenue from recurring packages and post-trial revenue.

    • The Projected Gross Revenue for the selected period (current week or current month), along with a comparison to the same period previously.

Note: When a time range other than "This Week" or "This Month" is selected, only actual cumulative revenue for that period will be displayed. Forecasted revenue will not be included in the chart.


Tables

  • Revenue Table: Displays details including total gross revenue, refunds, processing fees, and net revenue.

  • Refunded Transactions Table: Shows refunded orders and total refund amounts.

    • Visible only if the Refund feature is enabled for the workspace.


Client Analytics

Use the filter to view data for specific packages, channels, or coaches within a selected date range.


Metrics

  • Current Active Clients:

    • Displays the total active clients from package sales via shared links.

    • Workspace Owners/Admins can view totals for the entire workspace; Trainers can see only their own data.

  • New Clients (Last 30 days):

    • Total new clients from package sales via shared links from the last 30 days.

    • Workspace Owners/Admins see totals for the workspace; Trainers see only their own data.

  • Total Cumulative Clients (All time):

    • Includes both active and archived clients from shared package link sales.

    • Same visibility rules as "Current Active Clients."


Charts

  • New Clients:

    • Shows the total number of new clients during the selected period.

    • Percentage changes and arrows highlight differences between the selected and previous periods.

    • Hover over the percentage to view the increase or decrease in new clients compared to the previous period (e.g., this week vs. last week).

    • Hover over the bar chart for detailed insights on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

    • For a cumulative view, check the "Show Cumulative Chart" box and hover over the line to see the total number of new clients within the selected time range.

  • Active clients:

    • Displays active clients during the selected period.

    • Percentage changes and arrows highlight differences between the selected and previous periods.

    • Hovering over the different percentage to view the increase or decrease in the number of active clients compared with the previous period (e.g., this week vs. last week).

    • Hover over the bar chart for detailed daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly insights.


Package Analytics

Use the filter to view data for specific coaches, channels, or packages within a selected date range.


Metrics

  • Total Packages Sold:

    • Displays the total purchases of the filtered packages.

    • Percentage changes and arrows highlight differences between the selected and previous periods.

    • Hover over the percentage to see the increase or decrease in the number of purchases compared to the previous period (e.g., this week vs. last week).

    Average Order Value:

    • Calculated as Total Revenue ÷ Total Orders.

    • Percentage changes and arrows highlight differences between the selected and previous periods.

    • Hover over the percentage to view the increase or decrease in the average order value compared to the previous period (e.g., this week vs. last week).


Charts

  • Packages Sold:

    • Shows the total purchases made during the selected period.

    • Hover over the bar chart for detailed daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly data.

    • Tick the "Show Cumulative Chart" checkbox and hover over the line to view the total number of packages sold during the selected time range.
