How to add, invite, or resend the invitation to a client

It is really simple to add a client to your client list.

Add a Client

To add a client, simply click the New Client icon located at the top right of the homepage. 

From the drop-down menu, you can choose to Add Single Client or Add Multiple Client.

A pop-up window will open for you to enter key client details.

  • First and Last name

  • Email address

  • Type (Online or In-Person) 

Assign a coach when inviting clients

If you are the account's owner or admin, you will have the option to designate a specific coach for the client from the 'Add new client' pop-up.

By default, you will be assigned as the coach. To choose a different coach, simply click the dropdown menu and select their name from the list, or you can search for their name in the textbox.

  • Add single clients

  • Add multiple clients

  • Add clients using a csv. file

After completing the client setup, they will be assigned to the coach you've selected.

Send the client an invite link

After sending them an invitation email, you can also copy the invite link and send them via text or other communication channels!

Client Invitation

After you enter the client information and click Invite, the client will immediately receive an email prompting them to set up their profile. 

View or edit client profile

After creating a client, click on the client's name to open up the Client Dashboard. From this screen, you'll be able to manage everything related to a client.

  • Profile

  • Training

  • Tasks

  • Limitation/Injury

  • Goals

  • Metrics

  • Notes

  • Progress photos

  • Settings

By accessing the Profile pop-up, you can edit any of the key client details, except email if your client has already registered an account.

Resend a client invitation

To resend a client invitation, click on the client to access the client overview page. From there, select the Resend Invitation icon located to the right of the client name.
