Want to see what’s new in your forum without scrolling through the whole Discussion feed? The Activities panel shows every new post, comment, reaction, member change and more, all in one place, newest first.
Web platform
View recent activity
Go to the forum’s Discussion tab.
The Activities panel is already open on the right side of the page. No extra click needed.
It shows the 30 newest activities, grouped under Today and Older, newest first. Scroll to the bottom of the panel to load more.
Coach app
Open the forum. You’ll see an Activities icon in the forum’s top bar.
Tap the icon to open Activities as a full screen.
Tap the back arrow in the top-left corner to return to the Discussion tab.
What shows up
Every row makes it clear who did what. You’ll see:
New posts, including posts with a poll
Reactions and comments on a post
Members joining, leaving, or being removed
Forum changes: name, banner, description, member settings, or a new owner
Leaderboard updates: connected, ended, or disconnected
Click or tap a row to open it. New posts, reactions, comments and leaderboard updates take you to the post or the Leaderboard tab. Member changes and forum setting changes don’t open anything.
Replies to comments and @mentions don’t appear in the Activities panel yet.
Filter the list
Use the filter to narrow what you see: All, Post & Reaction, Autoflow & Leaderboard, or Admin.
On the web platform, it’s a dropdown at the top of the panel.
On the coach app, it’s a row of tabs under the screen title.
The filter resets to All each time you reload or reopen the panel. If nothing matches, you’ll see “No activities yet.”
