Write posts, pin important ones, tag members and react to posts and comments.

Click Write something to create a post. You can add photos and videos. If you include a link, a preview image is generated automatically.

Click the 3-dot icon on a post and select Pin Post. You can pin up to 3 posts at a time.

Type @ followed by a name to tag a member in a post or comment.

Click the reaction icon to add a Like, or hover over it to choose a different reaction.

To change your reaction, select a different one. To remove it, click your reaction again.

Hover over the reaction summary to see who reacted, or click it to open the full list.

Long-press the reaction icon, slide across to preview reactions, then lift your finger to choose one.

Tap the reaction count to see who reacted and with which reaction.

Note: Only coaches can see who reacted. Clients can’t see the list of people who reacted.
