Sending a Message to the client
After reviewing a client, you can quickly send them a message directly from the dashboard.
Click the message icon on the client’s row
Type your message
Click Send
Marking a Check-in as Complete
Once you’ve reviewed a client and finished their check-in, click the checkmark icon to mark them as checked in. Your Check-in Complete counter will then update automatically.
Catch-up Tab
The Catch-up tab helps you notice and act on your clients' important relationship moments including birthdays, coaching anniversaries, and streaks right from the Check-in Dashboard.
Opening the tab
Click Catch up in the dashboard. Moments are organized into four sub-tabs - All / Birthday / Anniversary / Milestone with All selected by default. All event moments that need your attention will be in the “Needs Attention” tab while expired and handled moments move to the History.
Sending a message
Once a moment's day arrives, its card becomes actionable. Hover over the card and click the message icon to open a pre-filled, fully editable message tailored to that moment.
Upcoming moments (before their day) appear as read-only previews with no message or Send button. You can also Dismiss any card with the "x" if you'd rather not act on it and it won't reappear for that occasion.
Change a Client Status
Sometimes you know something the dashboard doesn't - your client trained offline, you agreed to a lighter week, or the automatic status just doesn't fit them right now. You can manually change a client status for the current week only, along with a reason for the change. Just follow below simple steps
On the client's row, click the 3-dot menu and select Change client status.
Choose the new status: At risk, Needs attention, or On track.
Write a reason and Click Change status.
The row updates right away - status dot, row placement, and metric card counts all reflect the new status. Your client's Training, Nutrition, Tasks, and Forms data stay exactly as they are; only how they appear on your dashboard changes.
