How to access it
Click on a client row to expand their insight panel.
Go to the Training or Nutrition tab.
Click Get insights and choose your analysis window: 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks.
Olly generates a summary for that tab based on the time window you select.
AI-assisted Messaging
Need to reach out to a client but not sure how to frame it? Olly can help you draft a message tailored to their current status.
How to use it
On the client’s row or tab, click the draft option you need (see below).
Olly generates a draft based on the client's current status and data.
Review and edit as needed to make it sound like you. You can edit directly on the preview message or ask Olly to revise it by prompt.
Check Send when you’re happy with the message or ask Olly to send
What Olly can draft
Draft message (overall status): a coaching message based on the client’s full weekly status: acknowledges wins, flags concerns, and adds a clear next step. Open it with Write with AI on the client’s row.
Draft Training Message: on the Training tab, drafts a message focused on the client’s current training status for the selected period.
Draft Nutrition Message: on the Nutrition tab, drafts a message focused on the client’s current nutrition status for the selected period.
Draft a reach out: on a follow-up alert for a client who became At Risk this week, drafts a check-in that addresses the specific area that dropped and encourages them back on track.
Draft with AI on the Catch-up Tab
Birthdays, anniversaries, big streaks - these are the moments that make clients feel seen. Now Olly can help you nail them. On any Catch-up moment card, Draft with AI writes a warm, personal note in seconds, so a heartfelt message is never more than a click away.
How to use it
Open the Catch-up tab and hover over a moment card.
Click the Draft with AI icon.
Olly writes a draft tailored to that moment with the right name, the right streak and the right milestone.
Review and edit freely, then hit Send to drop the message into your client's Inbox.
Share Your Feedback
Olly gets better the more you use it - and your feedback is a big part of that.
After any analysis or message draft, you'll see a thumbs up and thumbs down button directly in the panel. Hit whichever reflects how useful Olly was - a text field will appear so you can add more detail if you'd like.
