Customize Your Signal Settings

Your dashboard, your rules. You can control both which signals appear and how each client's status is calculated anytime, directly from the Dashboard Settings button at the top of the dashboard.

Basic Settings

Choose which signals show on your dashboard and feed into each client's status.

  1. Click Settings, then select Customize client status & data.

  2. Turn on or off any signal you don't want to include Training, Nutrition, Tasks, or Forms.

Just keep in mind that at least Training or Nutrition must stay on, since these determine your clients' overall status. Any changes you make immediately update the status calculation for your clients.

Advanced Settings: Set your own status thresholds

Every coach defines "at risk" a little differently. With Advanced Settings, you can fine-tune the exact thresholds used to calculate Training and Nutrition status so the dashboard reflects your standards, not just the defaults.

Click Settings, then click Advanced Settings. For each signal you'll set two boundary values, and the middle "Need Attention" range fills in automatically:

  • Training: the adherence % below which a client is At Risk, and the % at or above which they're On Track. We’ve set everfit default value as below for your initial reference.

  • Nutrition: your minimum logged days per week, and how far calories can drift from goal before it counts against the client. The Everfit default value is as below.

Your changes apply only to your own clients. Click Reset to default on any signal to go back to Everfit's standard thresholds.

Dashboard Overview

At the top of the page, you’ll see summary cards that give you a quick snapshot of your clients for the week. These cards help you quickly decide who to check in with first.

  • At Risk: Clients whose training consistency has dropped below 60%, or whose nutrition tracking is very low.

  • Need Attention: Clients who are starting to fall off track with their training or nutrition.

  • On Track: Great news! These clients are consistently following their workouts and nutrition plan this week.

  • Forms to Review: Clients who submitted a check-in form that you haven’t reviewed yet.

  • Program Ending: Clients whose programs will end within the next 7 days.

  • Check-in Complete: The number of clients you’ve already completed check- in with this week.

  • No activity: Clients who haven’t had any activity in the last 14 days.

  • Paused: Clients whose coaching is temporarily paused.
