Pausing & Resuming Coaching

Sometimes a client steps away for a while, a vacation, an injury, or a short break. You can pause their coaching to temporarily remove them from your dashboard, so your weekly view stays focused on who needs you now.

Pause a client

  1. On any client row, click the 3-dot menu and select Pause client.

  2. In the Pause coaching? window, choose a resume date (defaults to 7 days from today) and pick a reason

  3. Click Pause. They'll move into the Paused tab, ready whenever you are.

Resume a client

  1. In the Paused tab, click Resume on the client's row.

  2. In the Resume coaching? window, choose Resume Immediately or Resume on date.

  3. Click Resume - they're back in your dashboard right away.

To keep scheduled returns from sneaking up on you, we'll send a reminder 2 days before the resume date and again on the day, so you have time to plan their next step.

When a client resumes, their signals are calculated from the resume date forward for that week.

Flag an Inaccurate Risk Label

Think a client's risk status doesn't match what you're seeing? You can now flag it directly from the dashboard.

Simply click the Flag button on the client's row. We'll capture a snapshot of the client's data at that moment, helping our team review the case and continuously improve the accuracy of risk status calculations.
