Check-in Dashboard | Booking Tab

Your whole week of scheduling, who's booked, who's not, and who needs a nudge, in one glance

Written by Emma

The Booking tab brings your whole schedule right into your dashboard. See who's set to meet, nudge those who haven't booked, track low credits, and keep an eye on late cancellations; all in one place.

Open the tab

Click Booking in the tab bar. Your clients land in two easy sections:

  • Upcoming sessions - everyone with a session on the books.

  • No sessions booked - the folks with nothing scheduled yet, so you know exactly who to reach out to.

Each client shows up in just one section. No hunting.

Read a client row at a glance

Every row of each Client gives you two quick columns:

Activity

Here's the client's next session within 7 days. Hit Draft a reminder and we'll write the message for you - already matched to how you're meeting:

  • In-person - drops in the meeting location.

  • Phone call - lets them know you'll call at the scheduled time.

  • Video call - adds the join link (and skips it neatly if there isn't one).

Session credits

See the client's Balance and anything expiring within 7 days at a glance. When credits are running out - or every balance drops to 2 or fewer - an Issue Credits button pops up so you can top them off in a click.

Expand a row for the full story

Click any row to open two cards packed with everything you need.

Sessions

All upcoming sessions, soonest first - date, time, type, location, duration, and 1:1 status - each with its own Draft a reminder button. Nothing booked? A Book Session button gets you there fast, with the client already filled in.

Plus a couple of helpful extras:

  • Last session - when you last met

  • This week - the running tally, e.g. "3 completed · 1 late cancel · 0 early cancel."

Need the whole history? View all sessions and open it in a new tab.

Session credits

See the total balance and a breakdown by session type - expand any type for expiry details - with Expiring and Low credits tags where they matter. Issue Credits / View credits jump you to the client's Credits tab in a new tab.
