Welcome Screen
After accepting the Beta Agreement, you’ll land on the Welcome screen - a quick overview of what the Check-in Dashboard can do for you.
First-time signal setup
Following the Welcome screen, you'll be prompted to configure which signals are used to calculate your clients' status.
By default, all 4 signals are selected. You can choose which signals to include; however, at least Training or Nutrition must be selected, as these are required to determine your clients' status.
You’ll also see a simple breakdown explaining exactly how each client status is calculated based on your selected signals, giving you full visibility into what’s driving every result.
Once saved, these settings apply to all clients in your workspace. You can update them at any time from the Settings button on the dashboard.
Getting to Know the Dashboard
New to the Check-in Dashboard? A guided product tour will automatically walk you through the key features and tools the first time you open it, helping you get up to speed quickly and confidently.
Need a refresher later on? Simply click the ? icon at the top of the dashboard to replay the tour anytime.
Customize Your Signal Settings
After completing the initial setup, you can update your signal preferences anytime directly from the dashboard. Simply click the Settings button at the top of the page to customize which signals are used to calculate your clients’ status.
Any changes you make will immediately update the status calculation for all clients.
Dashboard Overview
At the top of the page, you’ll see summary cards that give you a quick snapshot of your clients for the week. These cards help you quickly decide who to check in with first.
At Risk: Clients whose training consistency has dropped below 60%, or whose nutrition tracking is very low.
Need Attention: Clients who are starting to fall off track with their training or nutrition.
On Track: Great news! These clients are consistently following their workouts and nutrition plan this week.
Forms to Review: Clients who submitted a check-in form that you haven’t reviewed yet.
Program Ending: Clients whose programs will end within the next 7 days.
Check-in Complete: The number of clients you’ve already completed check- in with this week.
No activity: Clients who haven’t had any activity in the last 14 days.
Reviewing Your Client List
Below the summary cards is your client list. Clients who need attention appear at the top, while clients you’ve already checked in with move lower in the list.
You can also:
Search for a client by name or email
Filter by status (At Risk, Forms to Review, Program Ending, etc.)
Filter by coach if your workspace has multiple coaches
Switch weeks to check data
Want to see how your clients performed in different weeks? You can easily switch between weeks right on the dashboard.
The dashboard allows you to review up to 4 weeks of data, helping you spot trends and track progress over time.
How it works
A week runs from Monday to Sunday
When you open the dashboard:
On Monday or Tuesday → you’ll see Last Week by default
From Wednesday to Sunday → you’ll see the Current Week (live data up to today)
Switching between weeks
You can quickly navigate between weeks by clicking:
Today for current week
Or using the back/next arrows
When you switch weeks, all client signals, like training, nutrition, and habits, will automatically update based on that selected week.
When viewing a past week, a banner will display "Viewing data from X week(s) ago" with a quick link back to the current week.
What to expect
Current Week: Data is updated up to today (future days are not included)
Past Weeks: Data shows the full week (Monday → Sunday)
This makes it easy to review performance, compare progress, and stay on top of your clients week by week.
Viewing Client Insights
Click on any client to open their insight panel, where you can review:
Training Overview
The training status is based on workout adherence.
Here you can view:

Nutrition status is based on how often clients log meals and how closely their macros align with their targets.
You’ll be able to review:

You can also open detailed food logs for deeper insights.

Follow-up alerts
Stay on top of important client communication with automatic follow-up alerts directly on the dashboard. These alerts are designed to help you prioritize clients who may need immediate attention and ensure no important conversation gets missed.
You’ll see alerts when:
