Empower coaches and clients to track progress more effectively by giving them access to the full comment history for any exercise.
How to View Comment History
There are two places where you can view the comment history for an exercise:
During workout tracking
When viewing a workout result
1. During Workout Tracking
While logging a workout, you can view an exercise’s comment history by tapping either:
the counterclockwise history icon, or
the comment icon next to the exercise.
Note: Use the floating comment icon to return to your workout and continue logging.
2. When Viewing a Workout Result
Open a workout result.
Tap on the specific exercise you want to review.
Switch to the Comments tab to see the full history.
Smart Navigation Shortcuts
To make reviewing progress easier, you can quickly jump between detailed views:
Go to Workout: From an exercise’s comment history list, tap the Workout Name under any comment to open that workout’s full results.
Go to Exercise: From a workout’s comment view, tap the Exercise Name to jump directly to that exercise's history details.
On the Coach Web
Comment on an Exercise While Logging a Workout
When logging a workout from the client calendar, coaches can leave comments directly on individual exercises.
Open a workout logging session.
Click the comment icon next to an exercise.
Enter your comment, this comment will be linked to that specific exercise.
Notes
To switch back to a workout-level comment, click the × on the exercise reference banner.
The comment icon only appears while actively logging a workout.
Exercises in the Freestyle section do not support exercise-level comments.
View Exercise Comment History
Coaches can access exercise comment history from multiple areas, including:
Workout Builder
Active Workout Logging Modal
Workout History Modal
Clicking an exercise from the client calendar
How to view comments
Click the Exercise History icon next to an exercise.
The Exercise History modal opens on the History tab by default.
Switch to the Comments tab to view all comments associated with that exercise.
Comments are displayed in chronological order for easier progress tracking and review.
