Olly is your smart sidekick, always ready to help you create tasks or send messages to your clients without breaking your flow. Think of Olly as a quick-action panel, sitting quietly in the corner until you need it.
Note: Olly currently works only when you’re viewing a client detail page.
How to Access Olly
Click the Olly button in the bottom-right corner of your screen to open the panel.
Talk or Type with Olly
Olly’s signature feature is voice control, making it effortless to capture requests without lifting a finger.
Voice Hotkey:
On Windows, press and hold Ctrl.
On iOS, press and hold control^.
Speak your request, and Olly will transcribe it for you.
Typing in the panel:
When you’d rather write it out, just use the textbox inside Olly.
With both options at hand, you can work in whatever way feels fastest at the moment.
What you can do with Olly
Olly helps you handle two core actions quickly: creating tasks, habits and sending messages to your clients.
Creating Tasks
You can set up new tasks for a client without leaving the page.
Task types supported: General, Body Photo, Metrics, Form, Habit.
Flexibility: Create one-time or recurring tasks.
How it works: Just tell Olly what you want (e.g., “Set a task to upload progress photos every Friday for 4 weeks.”), and Olly will guide you through clarifying details if needed before showing a preview to confirm.
You may also just say the name of a task template from your Task Library, and Olly will pull in the preset details from that template so you can apply it directly to your client.
Sending Messages
Need to reach out? Olly also makes messaging easy.
Direct communication: Send messages to one client right from the panel.
Simple process: Speak or type your message into the chat, refine if you want, and confirm before sending.
With these two functions side by side, Olly becomes your quick-access hub for keeping clients engaged and on track.
Panel Behaviors
Drag/Drop the panel anywhere on your screen.
Collapse/Expand to keep things tidy.
Resize the popup by hovering over the edge and dragging to adjust its size.
Close the panel when you’re done. Closing ends the current session.
Provide feedback directly within the panel - you can rate or comment after each message, share overall feedback at the end of a session, or click the feedback button anytime to help improve Olly’s responses.
