Quick Start with Ask Olly
Jumping into Ask Olly for the first time?
When you open Olly, you’ll be greeted with a simple Onboarding Tour that shows you exactly how everything works. Just follow the steps and tap “Next” to move along—you’ll be ready in no time!
Ask Questions
You can interact with Olly in two ways:
Type your question in the chat box.
Use voice input to ask your question hands-free!
a. Type in the Chatbox
As you start typing, Olly suggests frequently asked questions that match your text.
Simply click on a suggested question if it fits what you want to ask, fast and easy!
b. Use Example Questions
Below the chatbox, you’ll see three example questions.
Click on one to load it into the chatbox automatically.
Next, select the Client you want to ask about from your Client list.
Click Send, and let Olly do the rest!
Tag Clients
There are two ways to tag a Client:
Type “@Client’s name” or select a Client from the list that appears.
If you choose a question (either an example or a suggestion), a Client picker will appear. Search and select the Client you want.
Tip: After selecting, you can always click the Client’s name if you want to change to a different Client before sending your question.
Get Your Answer
Once your question is ready, hit Send.
Olly will process your request and provide a response, it’s like magic!

Rate each response: After each answer, you can react with a thumbs up or thumbs down and leave a quick comment if you wish.
Feedback for the whole conversation: Click the floating Feedback button, select thumbs up or down, and share your thoughts.
