Want to keep a record of a specific training session for future use? You can easily save both completed and missed workouts to your personal library. This allows you to quickly reference or reuse workouts anytime.
Save Workouts from the History tab
In your client’s training calendar, find the workout you’d like to save from either the Assignment or History tab. Hover over the workout and click the menu icon (⋯), then select “Save to library” to add it to your Workout Library.
Save Workouts from the Workout Result details
You can also save workouts from the detailed results view, whether accessed through Training or the Overview tab.
In the "Workout Result" pop-up, simply click the “Save to library” button in the top right corner.
