The Copy & Paste feature lets you easily reuse workouts and tasks across different calendars, helping you save time and avoid repetitive work.

Key benefits:

  • Copy once and paste multiple times across calendars or tabs

  • Works seamlessly across tabs within the same browser

  • Your clipboard is saved even if you refresh the page

What You Can Copy

You can copy:

  • A single workout or task

  • Multiple workouts

  • A full week of workouts

Note: For task calendars, only single-task copy is currently supported.

How to Copy

  1. Go to any supported calendar (Client Training, Programs, Autoflow, On-demand, or Tasks)

  2. Select the workout(s) or task

  3. Click Copy

You’ll see:

  • A confirmation tooltip

  • A toolbar at the bottom of the screen for pasting guidance

How to Paste (Same Tab)

  1. Navigate to another calendar (different client or calendar type)

  2. Select the target date

  3. Click Paste

You can paste across:

  • Workouts: Client Training, Programs, Autoflow, On-demand

  • Tasks: Client Tasks and Autoflow Tasks

Tip: Hold Shift while pasting to paste into multiple calendars.

Note:

  • Workouts keep their original order and spacing

  • Items outside the calendar range will be skipped

Paste Across Browser Tabs

You can also paste across multiple tabs in the same browser:

  1. Copy content in one tab

  2. Open another Everfit tab (same browser/profile)

  3. Navigate to a calendar and click Paste

Important:

  • Works only within the same browser profile

  • Not supported across different browsers or Incognito windows

Clipboard Behavior

  • Your copied content stays available even after refreshing the page

  • The clipboard stores a snapshot at the time of copying

  • If the original workout is edited later, pasted content won’t update

Clearing the clipboard:

  • Press ESC, or

  • Copy a new item

This will remove the current clipboard across all tabs.
