Copy/remove weeks and multiple workouts with ease

Copy/remove weeks from a client’s training calendar

To remove weeks

Removing a whole week of workouts assigned to a client is quick and easy. With the click of a button, you can remove any week of workouts assigned to a client that has not been completed yet.

Note: Any workouts that have been logged or are in progress will remain on the clients’ calendars.

  1. From a client’s training calendar, hover over a week to find the remove option

  2. Click the trash can icon

  3. A message shows up to ask if you want to continue.
    Click “Remove” or “Cancel” as needed.

  4. A popup message appears at the top right corner showing you the number of workouts has been removed

To copy weeks

  1. From a client’s training calendar, hover over a week to find the copy option

  2. Click the duplicate icon

  3. Check if the correct week is copied

    • There’s a pop-up message at the top right corner that shows which week has been copied

    • You can also look at the bottom left corner of the page to view the copied week

  4. Click “Paste Week” on the desired week to paste all the workouts on that week

    Note:

    • You can paste on the same week to duplicate all workouts for that week at once

    • You can click on the calendar to go to past and future weeks

  5. Click the “Esc” key or the “x” button at the bottom right corner to exit the copy mode

Want to paste a copied week multiple times?

You can simply hold the Shift key before clicking paste.

Copy/remove multiple workouts from a client’s training calendar

  1. From a client’s training calendar, hover over multiple workouts and click on the checkbox to select them

  2. Check for the total number of workouts selected at the bottom left corner

  3. Click ‘Remove’ or ‘Copy’

Remove multiple workouts

If you choose to remove the workouts, there will be a pop-up asking if you would like to permanently delete them.

After removing, you will see a message at the top right corner letting you know how many workouts have been deleted successfully.

Note: Any workouts that have been completed or are in progress will remain on the clients’ calendars.

Copy multiple workouts

If you choose to copy the workouts, a message will show at the top right corner that lets you know how many workouts have been copied.

Click “Paste” on the desired dates. Or click the “Esc” key or the “x” button at the bottom right corner to exit the copy mode.

Want to paste copied workouts on multiple dates?

You can simply hold the Shift key before clicking paste.
