Once you receive a notification, you can schedule new workouts or programs for your clients as needed.
Notification Settings
Go to your notification settings page to enable or disable notifications for when a client's workout phase ends, available on both the web and mobile app.
Web notifications
Once enabled, you will receive updates in your Notification Center.
Mobile notifications
Notifications will appear in the notification center and include both push and in-app alerts.
How it works
For scheduled programs or autoflow:
Coaches will receive a notification 7 days in advance at 9:00 AM (coach's timezone) if a training program or Autoflow is ending without any workouts scheduled afterward.
For standalone workouts or studio programs:
If the last workout is a standalone session (not part of a program or Autoflow) or a client-assigned Studio Program, the system will send a notification 3 days in advance at 9:00 AM (coach's timezone).
These notifications are client-specific, ensuring clear and personalized management of each individual's training plan.
