If your workspace doesn't have On-Demand access, you won't be able to upload or assign Video Workouts.
Previously assigned Video Workouts remain on client calendars but appear locked.
What your clients will see
Clients will see video workouts you assign in two places:
Note: Future workouts show basic information but stay disabled until the day arrives.
If your clients have a compatible smartwatch connected, their heart rate and heart-rate zone can appear while they are watching a video workout.
Heart-rate tracking can continue while they pause or temporarily leave the workout. If they cancel the workout or stop tracking from their watch or phone, the heart-rate data won't be saved.
