Owners and Admins can easily monitor storage usage, view all uploaded videos in the workspace, and delete videos to free up storage.
Who Can Manage Video Storage?
Only Owners and Admins can access the Video Storage page and manage workspace storage.
Owners and Admins: Can view the Video Storage page and delete any uploaded video in the workspace.
Trainers: Cannot access the Video Storage page or billing settings. Trainers can only delete their own Video Workouts that use YouTube or Vimeo links.
View Your Video Storage
Go to On-demand.
Select Video Storage.
From this page, you can:
Check your current storage usage and available space.
View and update your storage plan if needed.
View a complete list of uploaded videos in your workspace.
Use the search bar to quickly find a specific video.
Manage all workspace videos
Owners and Admins can delete any uploaded video in the workspace, regardless of who uploaded it or whether the video is shared.
This makes the Video Storage page the best place to manage storage across your entire team.
Note: You can also delete videos from the On-Demand Workout Library, but there you can only see and delete videos that are visible to you. The Video Storage page is the only place where Owners and Admins can manage all uploaded videos across the workspace.
Delete a Video and Free Up Storage
When you delete an uploaded video:
The video is removed from all calendars and workout assignments where it is being used across the workspace.
If a client has already logged a workout using the video, their logged workout data remains in their history. Information such as the thumbnail, training minutes, and heart rate is retained, but the video reference is removed.
The deletion cannot be undone.
You'll be asked to confirm before the video is permanently deleted.
Important: Because deleting a video removes it from all assignments, make sure you no longer need the video before confirming the deletion.
Check Your Storage While Using On-Demand
A compact Storage indicator appears in the bottom-left corner of the On-Demand Workout and Video Storage tabs. Hover over it to see your usage details and select Upgrade to view available storage plans.
What Happens If You Lose On-Demand Access?
If your workspace loses On-Demand access, new uploads are blocked, and video workouts used in Workout Collections, client calendars, Autoflows, and Program Library will get locked.
Your clients will no longer see those video assignments on their end.
Your video data is kept for 3 months after access is lost, giving you time to resubscribe without needing to re-upload your videos.
If you resubscribe within this period, your videos and assignments will be restored. After 3 months, videos are permanently deleted.
What Happens When a Team Member Leaves?
Uploaded videos are owned by Owners and Admins. When an Admin is removed from the workspace, their videos need to be transferred appropriately.
If their videos are transferred to another Admin, they are transferred normally.
If their videos are transferred to a Trainer, the videos are automatically transferred to the Workspace Owner.
If an Admin's videos are transferred to another Admin while their clients are transferred to a Trainer, the videos remain with the new Admin. However, if one of those videos is actively assigned to a client who is being transferred to the Trainer, the video is automatically changed from Private to Shared. This allows the new Trainer to continue accessing the video assigned to their new client.
