Video Workout Storage lets you upload video files directly to Everfit to create Video Workouts, rather than relying only on external video links such as YouTube or Vimeo.
Video Workout Storage is part of the On-Demand Collections add-on and is billed through the same workspace invoice as your Everfit plan and other add-ons.
Important: On-Demand must be active on your workspace to upload and play self-hosted videos.
Who can manage storage?
Only Owners and Admins can purchase, upgrade, or downgrade a storage tier. Trainers do not have access to billing settings.
Storage Tiers & Pricing
Video storage is based on your workspace's total storage capacity. Here is an easy-access table showing the add-on cost for each tier:
Tier | Video Storage (up to) | Charge per month (billed monthly) | Charge per year (billed annually) |
1 | 20 GB | Free | Free |
2 | 50 GB | $18/mo | $180/yr |
3 | 100 GB | $48/mo | $480/yr |
4 | 200 GB | $108/mo | $1,080/yr |
5 | 500 GB | $288/mo | $2,880/yr |
Note: Storage is a total capacity, not a monthly allowance. Your uploaded videos continue to count toward your storage limit each billing cycle. Your available storage only increases when you delete videos or upgrade your storage tier.

Pro
You must have the On-Demand Collections add-on to use Video Workout Storage. You can purchase the add-on and select your storage tier together.
Go to Billing.
Select Choose Plan or the storage tier selector.
Select your desired storage tier.
Confirm your purchase.
Your new storage quota becomes available immediately.
Upgrading your Storage Tier
You can upgrade to a higher storage tier at any time. For example, you can upgrade from 50 GB to 100 GB.
When you upgrade:
The new storage quota is available immediately.
You'll be charged a prorated amount for the difference between your current and new tier for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Starting with your next billing cycle, you'll be charged the full price of the new tier.
Downgrading your Storage Tier
You can downgrade your storage tier as long as your current storage usage fits within the new tier.
For example, if you're using 15 GB, you can downgrade from 50 GB to 20 GB.
A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current storage tier remains available until the end of the current billing cycle.
Only one scheduled downgrade can be active at a time. If you schedule another downgrade, it will replace the existing scheduled downgrade.
Note: If your storage usage exceeds the new tier's limit before the downgrade takes effect, the downgrade will be canceled automatically.
