Celebrating your clients' birthdays is a wonderful way to strengthen your relationship and show that you care. By receiving timely notifications about your clients’ birthdays, you can personalize your interactions and make them feel valued on their special day.

This feature not only enhances client engagement but also fosters a supportive community within your practice.

On a client's birthday, coaches and sub-coaches will receive a notification at 7 AM according to the client's time zone.

This birthday notification is applicable only to active clients and will be displayed in the "Today's Birthdays" section of the notification list.

Tapping on the notification will navigate you to the private chat with the selected client.

In the private chat, a birthday banner and a preview message will be displayed.

Note: This feature will be visible only in the private chat.

Tapping on "Manage Birthday" will navigate you to the notification center in the Birthday tab.

In the All notifications tab, you’ll find a section labeled TODAY’S BIRTHDAYS, which includes all notifications for clients with birthdays on the current day (according to their time zone).

In the notification settings, you can enable or disable push and in-app notifications for clients' birthdays.

Using the coach mobile app, you can tap on "Manage Birthday" to navigate to the Birthday Notification tab.
