Drag and drop makes planning your workouts and programs simple. You can arrange exercises within a workout or move them to a completely different day!

Drag and Drop an exercise between workouts

If you want to move exercise into another date, click the exercise, drag it to the desire day, then and drop it. You can also rearrange exercises the same way within the same day.

In the example below, click on + 1 more exercise or + 7 more exercises to open the expandable popup, you can then use drag and drop any exercise.

If there are multiple workouts in one day, you can click on Move up or Move down below to change the order of the workouts
