Coaches can adjust the settings to automatically tag the clients to a group after they activated the package from the package settings.
From the package’s Settings page, you will be able to find the Group Tag feature under Other Settings. From the dropdown, you can search for any pre-created groups.
Tips: If there are many groups, you can search by the group name to find it faster.
2. Select one or more groups to add clients to, and click ‘Save’ when you’re done.
3. On the Client Overview, it will show that the clients were added to the groups after being tagged.
Note: If you update the package’s settings after a client already purchased the package, the changes will only apply to new purchases.
