How to manage your purchases

Activating a Purchase

After you've made a purchase, you will be prompted to Log in to your existing client account or Sign up for a new account to activate the purchase. This will link the purchase to your account.

If you close out the window before completing this step, you will also receive a confirmation email with instructions to activate the purchase, so you can head to your email inbox. At the same time, your coach will receive an email notifying them of the purchase with your invoice number.

Once you have activated your purchase, your coach will be notified once again. Now you can log in to the client app and get started!


Access the Web Account

You can log in to your web account at client.everfit.io/login to easily view the list of purchases made and manage payment details.



View my Packages

On the View My Packages page, you can see all of your purchases. When viewing an active subscription, you can see your current payment method, edit the card on file, switch to a different saved card, or add a new card. If the coach allows self-cancellation, you will see the option to cancel the subscription.


Manage Cards

From the Manage Cards dashboard, you can add a new card, set a checkout default card for faster future purchases, edit existing details, or remove a card.

Add new card

If you haven’t added a card yet, you can easily add one for future payments.

When you add a new card, it will automatically be set as your default checkout card for future purchases. When you add a second card, you’ll be asked whether you’d like to make it your new default. If you have any active recurring packages, you can choose to apply this new card as your payment method automatically.

Edit card details

When editing an existing card, the CVC is not required, and the card number cannot be changed because it serves as the card’s unique identifier.

If you have a new card number, you’ll need to add it as a new card rather than editing the old one.

Remove a payment card

When you attempt to remove a card, you’ll be prompted to confirm the action.

If the card is linked to an active recurring package (including any paused packages), you won’t be able to remove it until you update the package with a different payment method or cancel the package.


Cancel your purchase

If your coach has enabled self-cancellation for your purchased packages, you will have the ability to cancel your subscriptions directly on the View My Packages page when clicking on the specific package. Otherwise, you will need to contact your coach for assistance.
