How to use Tasks to set up habit coaching for your clients

The easiest way to set up a Habit is to use the General Task option, which allows you to define a name, add any instructions, and also add an attachment (as a video, picture, file, or a link).

Some ideas for Habits

  • Sleep before 10pm

  • Meditate for 5 minutes

  • Drink 8 glasses of water

Turn off reminder for missed habits

Once you set up your habit, just click on "Advanced Settings" and turn off the option to "Show reminder if missed". This will make sure the task does not show up with a 'Missed' label if a client does not check the habit off.

That's all, and you are ready to go!
