Access your account settings by hovering over your picture on the left navigation bar, and then choosing Settings.

Edit your basic information or manage log-in information (email address and password).

Your timezone is automatically updated when you sign in to your account on the web or from the app. You can also manually adjust your timezone and turn off the Auto-Adjust feature. 

You can also click the dropdown to change the date settings to your preferred format.
