Payment: Weekly Payouts and the Balance Page

Weekly Payouts and the Balance Page

Workspaces that purchase the Payments & Packages add-on on or after October 29, 2026 get one payout a week, sent on a weekday you choose. You can see your upcoming payout, your balance, and every past payout on the new Balance page.

Your payout day is the day the payout is sent, not the day it reaches your bank. It usually arrives 1 to 4 business days later, depending on your bank.

Change your payout day

  1. On the Balance page, click Edit schedule.

  2. Select a new day. The text below it shows when your first payout on the new day will be sent.

  3. Click Save. To close without changing anything, click Cancel.

Good to know:

  • You can choose any day from Monday to Friday. This is the day your payout is sent. It then takes 1 to 4 business days to reach your bank. Weekend payout days aren't available.

  • Changing your day never moves your next payout earlier than the date already scheduled. It either keeps that date or moves it later.

  • The Owner and the Payment Admin can both change the payout day. If both save a change at the same time, the last one saved is used.

Read your Balance page

Who can see the Balance page: the workspace Owner and the Payment Admin, on Coach web only. Admins and Trainers can't see it, and it isn't available in the Coach app.

On Coach web, go to Payments & Packages > Balance. The page shows two figures side by side: Next payout and Total balance.

Figure

What it means

Next payout

The amount ready to be sent, and the date it goes out (for example, "on Monday, November 2").

Total balance

Everything you've earned and haven't been paid yet, including payments that are still settling.

Neither figure includes funds held for an open dispute.

If Next payout is lower than Total balance, the difference is money still settling. Each client payment takes some time to settle before it can be paid out. It moves into Next payout automatically once it settles.

Check your Payout History

Below the two figures, Payout History lists every payout with its date, bank account, status and amount.

Status

What it means

What to do

Sent

The payout has left Stripe and is on its way to your bank.

Nothing. It usually arrives within 1 to 4 business days.

Success

The money reached your bank.

Nothing.

Failed

The payout couldn't be sent, or your bank returned it.

Check your bank account in Stripe.

A failed payout stays in the list as Failed. When the amount is sent again, it appears as a new row, so you can see both the failure and the later payout.

When the money arrives

Your payout is sent on your payout day. Your first payout usually arrives within 7-14 days. It then takes 1 to 4 business days to reach your bank, depending on the bank.

Only money that has finished settling is sent. Anything still settling is sent on your next payout day.
