Saved Responses

This feature helps coaches save frequently used messages and quickly reuse them in chats. Instead of typing the same replies over and over, you can insert a saved message with just a click or shortcut - saving time and keeping your communication consistent.

  • This feature is available on the Pro plan and above.


Where to Find Saved Responses

You can access Saved Responses directly from the Inbox chat editor.

  • Look for the Saved Responses button next to the GIF button in the message editor

  • You can also open it using a keyboard shortcut:

    • Mac: Command + K

    • Windows: Ctrl + K

  • A Saved Responses panel will open, where you can:

    • View all your saved responses

    • Search by keyword to quickly find a specific response


How to Insert a Saved Response into a Chat

  1. Open a conversation in the Inbox

  2. Click the Saved Responses button (or use the shortcut)

  3. Select a saved response from the list

  4. The full message will be inserted into your chat box, after any existing text

  5. Edit the message if needed, then send

💡 You can also press Enter on a selected response to insert it quickly.


Create a New Saved Response

  1. Open the Saved Responses popup

  2. Click Create New

  3. Fill in the required fields:

    • Headline

      • Used only for organizing and searching

      • Not shown to clients

      • Maximum 140 characters

    • Message

      • The full message that will be sent to clients

      • Maximum 500 characters

  4. Click Save


Edit or Delete a Saved Response

Each saved response has a 3-dot menu with the following options:

  • Edit a Saved Response

    • Update the headline or message

    • If you try to close without saving, you’ll be asked to confirm discarding changes

    • Save your changes to update the response

  • Delete a Saved Response

    • Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone

    • You’ll be asked to confirm before deletion
