In the Client app, you can create workouts using exercises from a predefined list. The Workout Creation feature provides the flexibility to design your own training calendar.
Note: This function is only available if your trainer has granted you permission.
From the Coaching page, tap on your Training calendar to access your training schedule.
Tap on the '+' icon to start creating a new workout.
Enter the workout name and click 'Next' to proceed to the 'Select Exercise' screen.
Here, you can select exercises by tapping on them. Use the search bar or filters to quickly find specific exercises. Once you’ve made your selections, click 'Continue' to move forward.
Next, on the workout detail screen, you can:
Add sets to exercises.
Rearrange the exercise order.
Replace exercises with different ones.
Add new exercises or delete existing ones.
Once all changes are complete, click 'Save' to finalize the workout.
The new workout will appear on the Training Calendar with a custom icon. You can tap on the workout to access options such as:
Editing the workout.
Logging the workout.
Rescheduling it to a different date.
Adding another workout.
Deleting the workout.
