Access your client’s meal plan in a weekly view for a comprehensive overview and easily rearrange recipes within or across days to fit your client’s needs.

Weekly View

Click on the drop-down menu to switch between Day view and Week view.

In the Week view, you’ll see all meal plans for the selected week on the calendar.

You can access and edit recipes without leaving the overview.

  • Simply click on any recipe name on your schedule.

  • A pop-up will appear showing all the recipe details. From there, you can Edit, Save to Library, Replace, or Remove the recipe instantly.

1. Edit Your Recipe (The Pencil Icon)

Want to make a change to a recipe in Week View - maybe adjust the ingredients, cooking steps, or even the name? This is how you do it.

  • How it looks: You'll see an icon shaped like a pencil (or a small notepad with a pencil). When you hover your mouse over it, you'll see "Edit" appear.

  • What to do:

    1. Click the Pencil Icon. This will put the recipe into "edit mode," allowing you to modify its details.

    2. Make Your Changes. Adjust anything you need: ingredients, instructions, serving sizes, or even the nutritional information.

    3. Save Your Work. (While not shown, after editing, you'll typically find a "Save" or "Update" button within the edit mode to confirm your changes). Once saved, you'll see a small, temporary message pop up at the top right of your screen saying: "Recipe has been updated." This confirms your changes are now live!

2. Save to Your Library (The Floppy Disk Icon)

Found a great recipe you want to keep and use again later, or perhaps adapt for different clients? Save it to your personal recipe library!

  • How it looks: Look for an icon that resembles an old-school floppy disk (or a classic "save" icon). Hovering over it will show "Save to Library."

  • What to do: Click the Floppy Disk icon. A quick, temporary message will appear at the top right of your screen: "Recipe saved to Library." Now, this recipe is easily accessible for future use without having to re-enter all its details.

3. Replace a Recipe (The Circular Arrows Icon)

Sometimes a recipe just doesn't fit, or you want to offer an alternative. You can easily swap one recipe for another in your meal plan.

  • How it looks: This icon looks like two arrows forming a circle or a refresh symbol. Hovering over it will display "Replace."

  • What to do:

    1. Click the Circular Arrows Icon.

    2. After clicking, the app will likely open a new window or panel. Here, you'll be able to browse or search for a different recipe from your library or the app's database.

    3. Select the new recipe you want to use, and it will replace the current one in your meal plan.

4. Remove a Recipe (The Trash Can Icon)

Need to take a recipe out of your meal plan completely? Use the "Remove" option.

  • How it looks: You'll find an icon that looks like a trash can (or a rubbish bin). Hovering over it will show "Remove."

  • What to do:

    1. Click the Trash Can Icon.

    2. Confirm Your Action: A small pop-up window will appear, asking for confirmation: "Remove Recipe? Are you sure you want to remove this recipe?" This is a safety step to prevent accidental deletions.

    3. Finalize or Cancel:

      • To remove the recipe, click the red "Remove" button.

      • If you changed your mind, click the "Cancel" button to keep the recipe in your plan.

Rearrange Recipes

In this view, you can rearrange recipes within the same day or across different days.

Simply hold a recipe and drag it to the desired meal category.

To switch back to the normal view mode, click on the "Rearrange" button.

Add or Edit a Day’s Meal Plan

To add a recipe for a day, first add a meal category by clicking on the "+ Add meals" container. This will navigate you to the meal plan page for that selected day.

Similarly, to edit an existing meal category, click on the "Edit" button, which will also navigate you to the meal plan page for that selected day.
