Coaches can easily copy and paste meals to different days, meals, or weeks within the Structured Meal Plan. This feature enhances flexibility and allows for efficient meal planning, making it easier to tailor nutrition programs for clients.
Copy meal
Hover over a meal category to reveal the "Copy Meal" button.
Click the button to open the "Choose day/meal to paste to" pop-up.
In this pop-up, you can select the day and the meal category to which you want to paste the meals. The system will automatically app the recipes from the copied meal category to your chosen category on the selected day.
Additionally, you have the option to replace any existing meals with the new ones. Simply slide the "Replace existing meals" toggle to the right, and then confirm your action by clicking the "Paste" button.
Copy day
On a day that includes a recipe, hovering over the "Copy Day" button to copy meals to another day.
Click the "Copy Day" button to open the "Choose day to paste to" pop-up. Here, you can select the day to which you want to paste the meals. The system will automatically add the recipes from the copied day to your selected day.
You also have the option to replace existing meals with the new ones. Simply slide the "Replace existing meals" toggle to the right and confirm your action by clicking the "Paste" button.
Copy week
When you hover over the "Copy Week" button on a week with recipes, you will be able to copy meals to another week.
Clicking the "Copy Week" button will open a pop-up titled "Choose week to paste to," where you can select the week to which you want to paste the meals. The recipes from the copied week will be automatically added to your selected week.
In the pop-up, you can also quickly select options for the next week, the following two weeks, or the next four weeks.
