View and select from a set of recommended recipes for each meal.

If a recipe from the Flexible Meal Plan is scheduled in the Meal Planner, it will appear in the Meal Plan section on the Today screen; otherwise, this section will not be displayed.

Tap on the Meal Plan section to navigate to the Meal Planner in Day view.

If a recipe from the Flexible Meal Plan or Recipe Books is scheduled in the Meal Planner, it will appear in the Meal Plan section on the Today screen; otherwise, this section will not be displayed.

Scheduled recipes from the Recipe Book in the Meal Planner will be marked with the “My Pick” icon.

If a recipe from the Flexible Meal Plan is assigned by your coach, it will appear in the Meal Options section on the Coaching screen.

You can tap on the Meal Options section to navigate to the Meal Plan - week view screen.

Tap on the meal category to navigate to the Meal Plan - week view screen.

If a Flexible Meal Plan is assigned to the client or if there are scheduled recipes from the Recipe Books, the Meal Options section will be visible.

Recipes from the Recipe Book in the Meal Planner will appear under the "Added by me" section. Other recipe options from the Flexible Meal Plan will be organized into the Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack categories.

If a Flexible Meal Plan is assigned by the coach, it will appear on the Meal Plan screen.

Tap on the Meal Planner icon to navigate to the Meal Planner screen.

Tap on the meal to open the Recipe Details screen.

If there is an assigned Flexible Meal Plan or scheduled recipes from the Recipe Books, it will be visible on the Meal Plan screen.

Scheduled recipes from the Recipe Book in the Meal Planner will display with the “My Pick” icon.
