When creating a recipe, you can add Dietary Information, providing your clients with important details about the nutritional composition and dietary considerations of the meal.
Adding Dietary Information is optional.

Add Dietary Information
Clicking on the Dietary Information will bring up a list of Dietary Preferences that you can choose from.
There are 13 types of Dietary Preferences for you to choose from. Understanding each of these dietary preferences will help you select the suitable ones for your clients' recipes.
Dairy Free: does not contain any ingredients from the "Milk, Eggs, Other Dairy" or "Cheese" categories.
Gluten Free: does not contain any ingredients from the "Pasta & Rice", "Bakery/Bread", "Cereal", or "Grains" categories
High Protein: >25% or >35g of protein per serving
Keto Diet: <10g of carbohydrates per serving
Low Calories: <250 calories per serving
Low Carbs: <10g or <10% of carbohydrates per serving
Low Sodium: < 140mg of sodium per serving
Low Sugar: < 10g of sugar per serving
Nut Free: does not contain any ingredients from the "Nut Butters, Jams & Honey" or "Nuts & Seeds" categories
Pescatarian: does not contain any ingredients from the "Meat" category, but does include items from the "Seafood" category
Shellfish Free: does not contain any ingredients from the "Seafood" category
Vegetarian: does not contain any ingredients from the "Meat" or "Seafood" categories
Vegan: does not contain any ingredients from the "Meat", "Seafood", "Milk, Eggs & Other Dairy", or "Cheese" categories
Filter recipes by Dietary Information
From the Recipe Library, click on the Filter button, then select the dietary category you want to filter by.
You can also utilize the filter when assigning recipes to clients from the client's Meal Plan tab.
Show dietary info
When creating a meal plan, you can toggle on 'Show dietary info' to view the relevant information.
