The Zapier Integration allows coaches to automate app workflows, saving time and boosting productivity with seamless cross-platform data transfer and integration.
This feature is exclusively available to upgrade as a Plugin on the Studio plan.
How to get Zapier integration
Workspace owners and Admins can access the Zapier feature from the Integration menu tab.
Clicking on the Get Zapier button will navigate you to the Choose Plan page to proceed with the upgrade.
Choose the Tier plan that best suits your business on this page, then complete the payment procedure to get the Zapier integration (the default is Tier 1 - 1,000 Tasks).
You will notice that an API Secret is generated after adding the Zapier Plugin to your plan. This secret is needed to initiate the Zapier Integration. To obtain a new one, you will be able to reset the current API Secret.
By clicking the View Historical Usage button, you can also view your Zapier usage history for the current and previous billing periods.
Upgrade/Downgrade your Zapier plan
To upgrade or downgrade your Zapier plan, navigate to the Integration page and click the Change Plan button to open the Choose your Zapier Plan pop-up.
From here, you can see your current plan and select a desired task limit to proceed with the upgrade or downgrade.
Note: Whether you choose a monthly or annual plan, downgrading your Zapier tier will schedule the new tier subscription to the start of the next billing period.
Review your Zapier plan that is scheduled
After completing the payment procedure, you can see the new scheduled plan on the Billing page when hovering over the Scheduled label or on the Choose your Zapier Plan pop-up.
Additionally, you'll be notified via email when you reach the task limit of your Zapier plan. Once the limit is hit, all new Zap runs won’t be activated until your task limit resets at the beginning of the next billing period
