Your coach may have assigned you some daily tasks to complete. Let's walk through how to check off the tasks.
View a Task
From the Today screen, tap on any task to view the instructions. There will be 3 types of tasks:
Body metric task
Progress photo task
General task (Questions, messages, appointments, videos, documents, links)
Take a look and follow instructions from your trainer for the task, and when you are done, tap on the checkmark icon at the bottom of the screen to mark it as complete.
There are 2 types of tasks, where you will be asked for an input. We'll walk over how to do that below.
For a metric task, you will see individual metrics listed out. You can either tap each one, which will open up a "Log metric" screen, where you can enter the values of your check in.
Or you can tap on "Log all metrics", which will allow you to log all the metrics listed at the same time.
Progress Photo task
For a progress photo task, you will see the options to "Take photo" or "Open album". Choose one of these to add your photo.
After you add your photo or photos, you can also decide to add a weight measurement at the same time. When you are done, just save and you're ready to go.
Set a reminder
For any given task, you can tap on the Clock icon in the top right corner to set a reminder for yourself.
Leave a comment
For certain tasks, you could have the ability to leave a comment. You will see a "Add comment" button. Tap on it to leave a message for your coach.
