Using our Task feature, you can attach and share all kinds of files for your client to watch or read:

  • PDF

  • Text documents (.doc, .txt)

  • Videos (.mp4)

  • Voice memos (.mp3, .m4a)

Sometimes these files will go beyond our 50 MB limit, so what should you do?

How to attach a large file

To attach a file that is larger than 50 MB, all you have to do is take advantage of our app's inherent ability to open up any link, and simply attach the file as a link in the description of the task.

  1. Upload the file to a free storage provider, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer

  2. Copy the file link and paste the link in the description of the task

It's as simple as that! Of course, remember to be mindful of the files you upload, since your client could be accessing them through cellular data (rather than wifi), and you do not want to max out their internet data plans.
