How to create or delete Group tags used for client organization

Organizing a large number clients is easy with Groups. The Groups feature is completely customizable. Meaning you can filter and segment your clients by any metric you'd like. Create groups for specific programs, training locations, and much more.

How to create a Group

  1. Select one or multiple clients.

  2. Click Groups.

  3. Select an existing Group or click + to make a new one.

  4. Make a Group Name, then click create.

Once your Group has been made you filter by that Group to only see that set of clients. Clients can belong to multiple groups.

How to delete a Group

  1. Select one or multiple clients.

  2. Click Groups.

  3. Click Manage.

  4. Select the Group(s) you'd like to delete and then click done.
