In Everfit you have the ability to create public, private, or collaborative assets (exercises, workouts, and programs).

  • Private assets are only visible and editable by their owner.

  • Public assets are visible to all teammates, but can only be edited by their owner.

  • Collaborative assets are visible and editable by all team members.

Private assets have a grey icon.

Shared assets have a purple icon.

How to make a public or private asset

  1. Open the exercise, workout, or program.

  2. Click the sharing icon.

  3. Choose the owner of the asset.

  4. Choose to make the asset Public or Private.

Pro tip: You can quickly update the sharing status of exercises and workouts with a single click on the share icon from the main view.
