AI Smart Response helps you quickly draft replies to your clients using AI directly in your Inbox.
How AI credits work
Every coach on an eligible paid Everfit plan gets 50 free AI credits each month. If you need more credits, your workspace owner or admin can purchase a paid AI Smart Response seat for you.
AI credits are used when you generate an AI draft in the Inbox. Your credits reset each month, and any unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Free credits
Coaches on an eligible paid Everfit plan receive 50 free AI credits per month when they don't have a paid AI Smart Response seat.
Note: AI Smart Response is not available on Trial or Starter workspaces.
Paid AI Smart Response plans
If you need more than 50 credits per month, your workspace owner or admin can purchase a paid seat for you.

A paid seat is assigned to a specific coach. Once a coach has a paid seat, their free 50-credit allowance is replaced by the allowance included with their plan.
How to get more credits
Only the workspace owner and admins can purchase or manage AI Smart Response seats. Trainers cannot access the AI Smart Response settings page.
If you've run out of credits, click Request additional usage from the Inbox to notify your workspace owner or admin.
There is currently no option to purchase additional credit packs or automatically top up your credits.
How to purchase an AI Smart Response seat
AI Smart Response is a separate subscription from your Everfit workspace plan and has its own billing cycle.
Workspace owners and admins can manage seats from: Workspace Settings → AI Smart Response
From there, they can purchase seats, upgrade plans, downgrade plans, or remove seats.
Upgrade: Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference charged and the new credit allowance available right away; your billing date stays the same.
Downgrade or remove: Downgrades and seat removals take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no refund or additional charge, and the coach returns to the free 50-credit allowance after their seat is removed.
Note: Purchasing and managing AI Smart Response is currently available on the Everfit web app only.
